The rooftop
The fourth floor is yours alone.
A white-walled terrace with lounge seating and a bistro table. The ocean on one side, the neighbourhood's rooftops and palms on the other. Coffee up here in the morning; the sunset in the evening; no reservation needed.
There is no elevator: the penthouse is on the third floor and the terrace on the fourth. Some edges are without rails, so children come up with an adult.

The balcony
An outdoor sink and a table for two.
Rinse the sand off at the outdoor sink, then sit with a coffee. Palms, the pool pavilion's blue roof, and the Atlantic behind them.

Living room
Sit down. The ocean is through the doors.
A leather sofa and loveseat, a glass table, a 40-inch TV with Netflix, and the red spiral stair up to the loft. Split air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep it cool; the double doors open onto the balcony.
Wi-Fi runs through the unit, with a pocket hotspot as backup for the days the beach wins.

Kitchen
A kitchen you can actually cook in.
Electric range and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes, silverware, wine glasses and a baking sheet are already here.

The loft is the bonus sleeping area: a twin pull-out ottoman bed that suits a child or a younger adult, its own air conditioning, and a sofa for the hour after the beach.
